Senior Product Consultant for PropTech/GIS SaaS MVP

We are looking for a senior product consultant or project lead to help define the MVP for a PropTech/construction software platform involving site feasibility, property data, GIS mapping, zoning and compliance workflows, site planning, and related sales or quoting functions. This is not currently a request to build the entire platform. The initial engagement will focus on product discovery, MVP definition, technical direction, data requirements, risks, and the team needed for execution. What we need help with 1. Review and clarify the product concept 2. Define the target users and primary workflow 3. Determine what should and should not be included in the MVP 4. Create a prioritized feature map 5. Identify likely property, parcel, zoning, and regulatory data requirements 6. Recommend an appropriate technical approach 7. Identify major data, compliance, scalability, and execution risks 8.Recommend the team and hiring order We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following: B2B SaaS product strategy PropTech or construction technology GIS, mapping, or geospatial applications Zoning, permitting, planning, or regulatory workflows Early-stage product discovery and MVP definition Technical architecture and cross-functional project leadership We would like to begin with a paid consultation and initial assessment. If there is a strong fit, we may extend the engagement into a discovery sprint and potentially ongoing product leadership or advisory work.
