Senior Product Designer — Figma, B2B SaaS, Design System + Journey Maps + High-Fidelity Screens

Looking for a senior product designer to deliver three things for a B2B SaaS product: a complete design system, user journey maps, and high-fidelity screens covering the full user journey from sign-up to returning visit. Defined scope, fixed deliverables. The work: Design system in Figma. Colour palette covering dark and light mode. Typography scale, spacing, and grid. Full component library including all interactive states — default, hover, active, disabled, error. Empty state templates, loading states, and confirmation states. Built with auto-layout and named styles, structured for direct developer handoff. User journey maps. One covering a new user's complete first session including where value becomes clear and where friction exists. One covering a returning user's experience and what immediately communicates that the product has retained their context. Delivered as Figma diagrams. High-fidelitFigmaeens built from the design system, covering the complete user journey. Scope includes sign-up and onboarding, credential or integration setup including error states, workspace or project creation including empty and populated states, primary working screens including mid-task and result states, returning user experience, settings and account management, and payment or access screens. Developer handoff annotations on all screens. Required: Figma including components, auto-layout, variables, and developer handoff. User journey mapping. Design systems built for developer implementation. B2B SaaS product experience. Ability to design empty states, error states, and edge cases alongside the happy path. Portfolio requirement: At least one B2B SaaS product with a case study. Walk us through a specific UX or hierarchy decision and why you made it. Screenshots without context are not sufficient.
