I am a founder with several consumer businesses and new projects at different stages. I’m hiring a highly proactive Senior Project Manager to act as my day-to-day execution partner across these ventures. You will manage vendors and specialists, organize complicated projects, prepare recommendations for my daily approval, and ensure every decision is executed afterward. Your job is to prevent projects from stalling when the next step would normally fall back on me. This is not an assistant position. I need someone who can take an unclear objective, determine what needs to happen next, and drive it forward without waiting to be repeatedly instructed.
