Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Systems (PMP Required, US-Based)

Project Management Network (PMN) is building a senior contractor bench for healthcare client engagements. We support hospitals, health systems, and healthcare technology clients on complex digital and operational transformation programs. The work: Run day-to-day program execution for healthcare client engagements Manage cross-functional programs spanning clinical, technology, and operations Lead digital initiatives (patient portals, EHR optimization, clinical applications) Navigate clinical workflow complexity and stakeholder dynamics Provide weekly status reporting to PMN leadership and client stakeholders Operate within PMN's delivery methodology Required qualifications: 8+ years project/program management experience 4+ years specifically in healthcare (hospitals, health systems, healthcare tech) Active PMP certification US-based (required, no exceptions) Strong written and verbal communication Available for 20-40 hours per week depending on engagement Experience with HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulatory environment Comfort with clinical stakeholder management Strongly preferred: Experience with EHR implementations or optimizations (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) Digital health initiatives (patient portals, telehealth, mobile apps, etc.) Pediatric or specialty hospital experience Change management experience Prior consulting, fractional, or contractor experience
