Senior Project Manager - Software Integration (Boomi/NetSuite/SFDC)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a critical systems integration initiative involving Dell Boomi, a third-party logistics (3PL) platform, Salesforce, and NetSuite. The ideal candidate has a strong background managing enterprise integration projects, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and driving complex data and process integrations from planning through deployment. The project manager will be responsible for overseeing the project lifecycle, managing timelines and risks, facilitating communication between business and technical teams, and ensuring successful delivery of the integration solution. The project will integrate: Third-Party Logistics (3PL) platform Salesforce CRM/FIM NetSuite ERP Dell Boomi integration platform The integration will support end-to-end business processes including: Customer and account synchronization Order management and fulfillment Inventory visibility and updates Shipment tracking and status updates Product and pricing synchronization Financial and operational data exchange Responsibilities include: Lead the overall integration project from initiation through go-live and stabilization. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate internal stakeholders, external vendors, integration developers, and business teams. Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design reviews, testing, deployment planning, and change management activities. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation paths. Ensure alignment between Salesforce, NetSuite, 3PL, and Boomi teams. Drive regular status meetings and provide executive-level reporting. Oversee UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution processes. Monitor project budget, scope, and resource allocation. Ensure documentation, governance, and project best practices are followed. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience leading enterprise software and systems integration projects. Proven experience managing integration projects. Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite implementations and integrations. Understanding of API-based integrations, middleware platforms, and data synchronization concepts. Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL), supply chain, warehouse management, or order fulfillment systems. Demonstrated ability to manage distributed technical teams and external vendors. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience managing Agile delivery methodologies. Additional Qualifications PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar certification. Experience with eCommerce, order-to-cash, fulfillment, and inventory management workflows. Knowledge of EDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration architecture.
