Senior Prompt Engineer — Real-Time AI Sales Coach (Claude, LangGraph

Need LLM engineer to fix real-time AI sales coach. Production experience required. Building a real-time AI sales coach for cold callers. Core system is built and operational on Replit — Quo for phone, Deepgram for transcription, Airtable for disposition logging, Claude (Sonnet + Haiku) for the coach brain. Three-layer prompt composition. Main problems: coach loops on phrases, doesn't track script section state between turns, reinvents pitch language instead of staying locked to the script, and runs ~10s end-to-end latency. Looking for someone with production LLM experience — not ChatGPT prompt tweakers. Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, DSPy) and real-time voice pipelines a plus. Starting with a paid 1-2 week diagnostic sprint to identify what's prompt vs. engineering vs. workflow. If we're a fit, longer build engagement to follow. Hourly: $100-250/hr depending on experience.
