Senior Quickbase Developer / Solutions Architect

Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Quickbase Developer who can immediately step into a highly customized Quickbase environment and make an impact from day one. This is not a role for someone who has only built simple Quickbase applications. Our system consists of multiple interconnected applications, complex workflows, extensive automations, API integrations, and custom business logic that support mission-critical operations. The ideal candidate has a strong software development background outside of Quickbase and understands how enterprise systems fit together. What You'll Be Working On Enhance and maintain a complex Quickbase ecosystem consisting of multiple interconnected applications Understand and navigate existing architecture with minimal ramp-up time Design and implement scalable solutions within Quickbase Build, troubleshoot, and optimize API integrations with third-party systems Create and maintain pipelines, automations, and advanced workflows Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements Work closely with operations and leadership teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Troubleshoot issues across applications, integrations, and data flows Ensure solutions are reliable, maintainable, and built for future growth Requirements Extensive hands-on experience developing in Quickbase Strong programming experience outside of Quickbase (required) Experience working with complex, enterprise-level systems Proven experience with APIs, integrations, and data synchronization Strong understanding of relational database concepts and application architecture Ability to quickly understand existing systems built by others Comfortable working independently with limited direction Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Nice to Have Experience with JavaScript, Python, C#, .NET, or similar programming languages Experience with Quickbase Pipelines and connected systems Familiarity with healthcare or highly regulated industries Experience documenting existing systems and creating technical specifications To Apply Please include: A brief description of the most complex Quickbase environment you've worked in.
