Senior AI RAG Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI RAG Engineer to develop Ask FAST, a private AI assistant for a leading UAE construction company. The solution must operate on-premise or in a private UAE cloud, ensuring no company data is sent to public AI services. This is not a ChatGPT wrapper; we need a production-ready RAG system that securely searches company documents and answers employee questions with source references. Requirements include enterprise RAG experience, local LLM deployment, and secure API. An initial paid task involves building an MVP using 50-100 documents that runs locally, answers accurately, and respects user permissions. A signed NDA is mandatory.
