No exceptions. ▪️ The Role We are building MIRRA.co, the most advanced digital identity platform ever created, launching mid-2026. The web app is production ready. We are now bringing the full platform to native iOS using React Native and Expo and we need a world class engineer to own that mobile experience end to end alongside our founding iOS engineer Phong. This is not a role for someone learning or growing into React Native Expo. We move fast, and we expect you to be fluent in the stack from day one. MIRRA's UI is not your average app. It has complex animations, glassmorphism, gesture driven interactions, custom transitions, and pixel perfect Figma to code implementation. You need to have taste. You need to care about every detail. You need to be a savage engineer that is obsessed with design and functionality. This is a long term role. We are looking for someone who is going to stay with us and grow with this product, it will be the best team/company you have ever worked for... mark my words ▪️ Tech Stack (📱 Mobile iOS) You must have deep hands-on experience with: * React Native and Expo SDK 55, this is your world, not a side skill * Expo Router, expo-dev-client, full Expo module suite * Supabase, auth flows (Apple/Google), realtime, storage, RLS queries (critical) * TanStack Query v5, React Hook Form and Zod * Tailwind CSS for React Native * React Native Reanimated, Gesture Handler, complex custom animations * React Native Keyboard Controller, i18next, Nitro Modules * TypeScript strict mode — the entire codebase is strictly typed * EAS builds, OTA updates, App Store submissions ▪️ Tech Stack (💻 Web, for context) The web app runs on Next.js 16, Supabase, TanStack Query v5, Tailwind CSS v4, and Framer Motion. You do not need to be the primary web engineer but you must be comfortable reading and understanding the codebase as mobile and web share a Turborepo monorepo with shared packages. 🚨 If you cannot work across both mobile and web you are not the right fit. ▪️ Responsibilities * Own the iOS app end to end with our founding iOS engineer, architecture, features, performance, and quality * Translate Figma designs to pixel perfect native iOS UI with no compromises * Implement complex UI, animations, gestures, bottom sheets, custom transitions, glassmorphism * Integrate deeply with Supabase, auth, realtime, storage, RLS aware queries * Maintain TypeScript strict mode discipline across the shared monorepo * Manage EAS builds, OTA updates, and App Store submissions * Hold yourself to the same standard as the design, if it does not look exactly like Figma it is not done ▪️ What We Are Looking For We are not looking for a developer who will vibe code their way through this. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about what they build, has an exceptional eye for detail, and has already operated at this level.
