Most listing videos are slow, stiff, and forgettable. We set out to make the opposite — cinematic, high-energy, scroll-stopping media that actually sells homes and grows our agents' brands. That bet worked. In the last 14 months we've delivered over 1,000 shoots and grown into a 10-person team spread across the US, Vietnam, and the Philippines. We shoot everything from quick social reels to full luxury sunset cinematics, agent on-camera intros, drone, and 3D tours. Our clients aren't one-off jobs — they're long-term relationships who trust us with their business month after month. Now we're scaling our video output, and we need a top-tier editor to own the edit bay. This isn't a "cut the clips together" role. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes motion — the kind of editor who watches a raw gimbal shot and already sees the speed ramp, the transition, and the beat it's going to land on. The Work — What You'll Be Editing Real estate highlight videos (cinematic property walkthroughs) Social reels and short-form vertical content Luxury / sunset cinematic packages Agent on-camera intros (talking-head + b-roll storytelling) Listing videos, branding content, and evergreen clips Must-Have Editing Skills (List Yours When You Apply) We want to see the full range you can pull off. In your application, tell us exactly which of these you can do — and show us: Speed ramps — smooth, motivated ramping that hits the beat Seamless / AI transitions — mask transitions, morph cuts, whip pans, invisible cuts, object-triggered transitions Beat-matched editing — cutting precisely to music, rhythm, and energy Color grading — clean, consistent, cinematic grades (LUT + manual) Stabilization & motion smoothing — cleaning up handheld/gimbal footage Motion graphics & text animation — clean lower-thirds, branded titles, callouts Sound design — music selection, SFX layering, whooshes, ambient beds, audio mixing Keyframing & digital camera moves — pans, push-ins, parallax on stills Vertical reframing — repurposing horizontal footage into sharp vertical reels Bonus points if you're strong with AI-assisted tools (AI transitions, upscaling, generative b-roll/clips) and can work fast without sacrificing polish. Software: We edit primarily in Final Cut Pro — strong FCP skills are a big plus. Adobe Premiere / After Effects / DaVinci experience is welcome, but you must be able to achieve similar effects to what we do.
