Senior Recruiter / HR (Interview + Fit Verification) - ASAP

We need an experienced HR recruiter to own our hiring workflow end-to-end for roles we post. You’ll manage sourcing/screening, coordinate and attend interviews, verify candidate fit, ensure required training/pre-onboarding steps are completed, and support onboarding handoff. This is a senior, not a beginner role, and we’re looking to fill the spot ASAP with someone who can ramp quickly using our documentation. Responsibilities: Post/manage roles (as provided), review resumes and screen applicants to defined requirements, run/coordinate candidate scheduling and communications, attend interviews as recruiting lead/note-taker, evaluate and confirm fit (skills, experience, communication, availability, practical alignment) using our interview rubric, compile feedback and document decision rationale, manage candidate statuses in a tracker/CRM/spreadsheet, coordinate training/pre-start tasks and confirm completion, and keep candidates updated on next steps and timelines. Requirements (must-have): Significant hands-on senior recruiting/HR experience with end-to-end ownership (not just scheduling). Strong interview coordination and evaluation judgment (clear fit vs. not-fit decisions). Excellent written communication and high reliability/fast turnaround. Ability to follow and apply provided processes and keep accurate recruiting notes/records. Training/Docs Provided: Solid training on our workflow plus documentation, templates, interview rubric, scripts, and onboarding checklist.
