Position Summary The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to leadership and hiring managers, helping identify workforce needs and implementing innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions across multiple departments. • Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans designed to attract highly qualified candidates. • Source talent through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, community partnerships, and direct outreach. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and candidate evaluations to determine qualifications and organizational fit. • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a positive candidate experience. • Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations, educational institutions, workforce agencies, and community partners to increase candidate flow. • Promote ASC's employment opportunities through networking events, career fairs, social media campaigns, and recruiting initiatives. • Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the selection process. • Track recruiting metrics and prepare reports on hiring activity, candidate pipelines, and recruitment effectiveness. • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies. • Assist with onboarding activities and support new hires through the transition process. • Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes to increase efficiency and hiring success. Qualifications Required Experience • Minimum of 5years of professional recruiting experience required. • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition. • Experience recruiting for multiple job types and skill levels. • Proven ability to meet aggressive hiring goals and deadlines. • Strong experience sourcing passive candidates and developing talent pipelines. • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, recruiting software, and modern sourcing tools.
