Position Summary The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to leadership and hiring managers, helping identify workforce needs and implementing innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent. We are looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, creativity, and extensive recruiting experience to the table. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of filling positions efficiently while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality and experience. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions across multiple departments. • Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans designed to attract highly qualified candidates. • Source talent through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, community partnerships, and direct outreach. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and candidate evaluations to determine qualifications and organizational fit. • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a positive candidate experience. • Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations, educational institutions, workforce agencies, and community partners to increase candidate flow. • Promote ASC's employment opportunities through networking events, career fairs, social media campaigns, and recruiting initiatives. • Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the selection process. • Track recruiting metrics and prepare reports on hiring activity, candidate pipelines, and recruitment effectiveness. • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies. • Assist with onboarding activities and support new hires through the transition process. • Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes to increase efficiency and hiring success. Qualifications Required Experience • Minimum of 5years of professional recruiting experience required. • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition. • Experience recruiting for multiple job types and skill levels. • Proven ability to meet aggressive hiring goals and deadlines. • Strong experience sourcing passive candidates and developing talent pipelines. • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, recruiting software, and modern sourcing tools.
