Senior SAML / SCIM Integration Engineer (.NET & Azure) BudgetPrice: $1,200 USD Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) engineer to implement Direct SAML Authentication and SCIM User Provisioning for our SaaS platform hosted on Microsoft Azure. The platform is already built using .NET 8, Next.js, Azure SQL, and Azure Entra ID. We have completed the architecture and implementation design and are looking for a consultant/developer who can execute the SAML and SCIM workstreams. Scope of Work SAML Authentication • Implement SAML 2.0 Service Provider (SP) • Support customer Identity Providers such as: ○ Microsoft Entra ID ○ Okta ○ Auth0 ○ ADFS • Build Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) endpoint • Generate and manage SP metadata • Implement tenant-specific IDP configuration • Support multi-tenant authentication model SCIM Provisioning • Implement SCIM 2.0 provisioning endpoints • User provisioning • User updates • User de-provisioning • Group membership synchronization • Bearer token authentication for SCIM APIs • Azure Function App implementation preferred Integration Requirements • .NET 8 / ASP.NET Core • Next.js / NextAuth • Azure SQL • Redis (optional) • JWT-based authorization • Azure App Services Required Experience Must Have: • SAML 2.0 implementation experience • SCIM 2.0 implementation experience • Microsoft Entra ID integrations • ASP.NET Core / .NET 8 • Azure Functions • Azure App Services • Multi-tenant SaaS architecture Preferred: • Okta integrations • Auth0 integrations • ITfoxtec Identity SAML • NextAuth • Azure Marketplace SaaS experience Deliverables • Working SAML SP implementation • Working SCIM provisioning APIs • Authentication and provisioning documentation • End-to-end testing support • Knowledge transfer session Application Requirements Please provide: 1.
