Senior SEO Consultant Needed for an Indexation and Ranking Audit

Senior SEO Consultant Needed for an Indexation and Ranking Audit We operate a network of three Russian-language websites featuring reviews of Telegram channels, traders, crypto projects, and investment-related services. We are currently looking for a senior SEO consultant to conduct an in-depth audit of two websites and identify why a significant number of pages are either not being indexed or are not ranking well in Google. Project Background Our websites contain more than 20,000 project pages. Most of the original project data was collected from a competitor’s website. The content was then rewritten by approximately 60–75% using GPT-4 via the OpenAI API. Although the wording was changed, many pages still cover the same projects, facts, and search intent as the original source. We have already implemented most standard technical SEO improvements: * XML sitemap configuration * robots.txt configuration * Canonical tags * Optimized titles and meta descriptions * Open Graph tags * Proper handling of 404, 410, and test pages * Mobile-friendly responsive design * WebP image optimization * PageSpeed scores above 90 for most key metrics * Server-side rendering with Nuxt * Google Search Console integration * Internal technical SEO improvements Despite this, many pages remain unindexed, receive almost no impressions, or fail to achieve meaningful rankings. What We Need We are not looking for a basic automated SEO audit or a generic checklist. We need a specialist who can identify the actual root causes behind the indexing and ranking problems. The audit should answer the following questions: 1. Why is Google not indexing or ranking a large percentage of our pages? 2. Is the main issue related to content quality, semantic similarity, page templates, lack of original research, domain authority, internal linking, canonicalization, JavaScript rendering, or a combination of factors? 3. Does the website show signs of a site-wide quality issue or scaled content abuse? 4. Should most of the existing 20,000 pages be archived, noindexed, consolidated, rewritten, or deleted? 5. Which pages should remain indexed and which should be removed from the sitemap? 6. What should a high-quality, original project review page look like? 7. How should content be distributed across three domains to prevent duplication and internal competition? 8. What authority, trust, backlink, and E-E-A-T signals are required in this financial and YMYL niche? 9. Why are competitor pages ranking while our rewritten versions are not? 10. What should our SEO and content strategy look like for the next 30–90 days? Access and Data We Can Provide We can provide: * Read-only access to Google Search Console * Website URLs and sitemap files * A complete export of project URLs * Examples of original competitor content and our rewritten versions * Search impressions and clicks data * Indexation reports * Technical information about the website architecture * Access to developers for technical questions Expected Deliverables We expect: * A detailed list of identified problems supported by evidence * Analysis of indexed and non-indexed URL samples * Google Search Console analysis * Competitor and SERP comparison * Content quality and duplication analysis * Technical SEO analysis * Clear prioritization of issues by impact * Specific recommendations for our developers * A recommended structure for a high-quality project review page * A clear decision framework for the existing 20,000 pages * A practical 30–90-day recovery and growth plan Required Experience The ideal candidate should have proven experience with: * Large-scale or programmatic SEO websites * Google indexing and crawling issues * Financial, crypto, affiliate, review, or other YMYL websites * Content quality and site-wide quality problems * Google Search Console * Canonicalization and duplicate-content issues * Large-scale content cleanup and recovery * JavaScript and SSR websites * Nuxt or similar frontend frameworks How to Apply Please include: * Two or three relevant case studies involving indexing or ranking recovery * Your experience with programmatic SEO, review websites, or YMYL niches * An example of a previous SEO audit * Your initial hypothesis about why thousands of AI-rewritten pages may fail to index or rank * Your estimated cost * Your estimated delivery timeframe We are not interested in an automatically generated Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog report without a manual analysis of Google Search Console, SERPs, content quality, and website architecture. We need a senior specialist who can explain what is actually wrong, support the conclusions with data, and provide a clear plan of action.
