We're expanding our team and need a senior SEO expert to lead our SEO audit work. ## What We Need We're looking for a **senior-level SEO specialist** whose primary responsibility will be conducting **in-depth SEO audits** for our SaaS clients. You'll analyze websites from top to bottom — technical, on-page, off-page, and content — and deliver clear, actionable audit reports that our team and clients can execute on. ## Your Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive SEO audits covering: - **Technical SEO** — crawlability, indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals, site architecture, structured data, JavaScript rendering issues - **On-page SEO** — content quality, keyword targeting, internal linking, meta data, cannibalization issues - **Off-page SEO** — backlink profile analysis, toxic link identification, competitor link gap analysis - **Content audits** — identifying content gaps, thin/outdated content, and optimization opportunities - Deliver well-structured, prioritized audit reports with clear recommendations (not just a data dump from a tool) - Present findings in a way that both technical teams and non-technical clients can understand - Work with our team to turn audit findings into actionable SEO roadmaps - Occasionally support broader SEO strategy for SaaS clients ## Requirements - **5+ years of hands-on SEO experience**, with a senior-level command of technical and on-page SEO - **Prior experience working with SEO agencies is a must** — either in-house at an agency or handling audits for agency clients - **Proven track record with SEO audits** — you must share sample audit reports (redacted is fine) or case studies showing the impact of your audit recommendations (traffic growth, ranking improvements, indexation fixes, etc.) - Expert-level proficiency with tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush, and PageSpeed Insights - Experience auditing **SaaS or B2B websites** is a strong plus - Strong understanding of Google's algorithm updates, E-E-A-T, and current ranking factors - Excellent written English — your audit reports must be clear, professional, and client-ready - Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision ## Budget & Engagement - Ongoing, long-term engagement with consistent audit work - Open to per-audit pricing, hourly, or monthly retainer — share your preferred structure and rates in your proposal ## How to Apply To be considered, please include in your proposal: 1.
