Senior SEO consultant — diagnose canonical recovery, audit

Summary

I run a Next.js / Vercel / Supabase creator directory site. We have 133 profile pages live, ~10 static pages, 2 articles. About to push another ~170 profiles in 2-3 weeks. The problem: On June 4-5, the site suffered a canonical-cliff event. Vercel's default apex→www redirect was 307 instead of 308. Google de-indexed half the site within 48 hours. The canonical was changed to www rather than apex - this may have been the wrong move. I've tried to fix it, but I'm still not indexed 2 weeks later and need some help. Looking for someone who's experienced this to assess my situation and provide guidance. ***Looking for someone available immediately
