Senior SaaS QA Tester – Manual & Functional

We are looking for a an experienced, detail-oriented QA Software Tester to assist us with both manual and functional testing of our complex, data visualization and analytics SaaS application. We need someone who can become deeply familiar with our data-heavy application and provide valuable ongoing, long-term testing services to identify bugs and issues before they go live. Candidates must be located in a North/South American time zone (e.g., Pacific, Mountain, Central, Eastern, Atlantic, Brasilia). Please only apply if you are located in one of these time zones. *Key Responsibilities: - Exploratory & Functional Testing: Actively break new features, test edge cases, and verify user-role permissions across our SaaS multi-tenant environment. - Test Documentation: Create, maintain, and execute clear, structured test cases and regression checklists. - Bug Reporting: Document clear, reproducible bug reports including exact steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior, browser/environment details, and console logs/video captures where relevant. *Required Qualifications: - SaaS Experience: Proven experience testing web-based SaaS applications (understanding cloud environments, session handling, and complex user workflows is a must). - Data Visualization, GIS, and Analytics QA Experience: Experience testing data analysis, mapping, and data visualization applications is a big plus.
