Senior Salesforce Consultant

We are seeking a Salesforce Delivery Consultant Leader—someone who wants to help build an exceptional consulting practice from the ground up while growing into a senior leadership role as the business scales. Initially, you will serve as the lead implementation consultant, independently managing and delivering Salesforce implementations while establishing delivery standards, reusable assets, governance processes, and AI methodologies. You will guide the complete implementation lifecycle—from executive discovery and business process redesign through solution architecture, platform configuration, integrations, deployment, user adoption, and post-production support. Business Consulting Responsibilities: Lead executive discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and business process assessments. Lead Business Process Improvement (BPI) and Business Process Redesign (BPR) initiatives while ensuring recommendations align with Salesforce best practices. Build executive alignment and organizational buy-in throughout implementations. Translate complex technical concepts into language business users and executive stakeholders understand. Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the client engagement. Minimum Requirements: A minimum of four (active) Salesforce certifications. Preferably more. A minimum of 8 years Salesforce full-time consulting (not development) experience. Completion of at least 12 Salesforce implementations (personally delivered). Prior implementation references will be required. Ability to implement Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and Flow from start to finish without outside assistance. Managerial or leadership experience. AI skills are a big plus.
