Senior Salesforce Developer – Apex / LWC / Integrations (NOT Admin Only)

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to build custom solutions on the Salesforce Platform. We already have a Salesforce Admin handling day-to-day configuration, but we need a developer to handle complex Apex logic, Lightning Web Components, and third-party integrations. This is not a Salesforce Admin role. We need someone who can write clean, bulkified Apex code and build modern, responsive Lightning components. Scope of Work: Design and develop custom Apex classes, triggers (using a trigger handler framework), and batch jobs.Build modern, responsive Lightning Web Components (LWC) with robust JavaScript.Develop complex Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows, and Orchestration) to automate business processes.Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs (handling callouts, Named Credentials, and error handling).Write comprehensive Apex test classes to ensure 90%+ code coverage and maintain system stability.Perform data migrations and updates using Data Loader or similar tools.Implement security best practices (Permission Sets, Field-Level Security, Sharing Rules).Provide clear documentation and knowledge transfer for our internal team. Must-Have Technical Skills: Languages: Apex (expert-level), SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript (ES6+)Frontend: Lightning Web Components (LWC) – not AuraAutomation: Salesforce Flow (experience with complex automations)Integration: REST API, SOAP API, handling callouts and Named CredentialsDevOps: Experience with Git, Salesforce CLI (SFDX), and source-driven development (not just change sets)Data: Data modeling, relationships, and proficiency with Data Loader Nice-to-Have (Highly Valued): Experience with Agentforce or AI agent development on Salesforce.Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) .Familiarity with Copado or Gearset for DevOps.Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I or II). Questions: 1. Question 1: What is your preferred approach for handling many records in a trigger (bulkification)? Share a brief example of your trigger handler pattern. 2. Question 2: How do you handle callouts from a trigger without hitting governor limits? Explain your approach. 3. Attach a link to your GitHub or DevHub showcasing your Salesforce code (Apex classes or LWC components). Please do not send generic “I can do it” proposals without code samples.
