Senior Salesforce Developer – Remote Mortgage & Real Estate Lending Environment

Senior Salesforce Developer Financial Services (DFS) Overview Our Client is a fast-growing national real estate lender specializing in Short-Term Bridge Loans and Long-Term Rental Loans for investors across the country. As we scale, we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who will take ownership of our CRM ecosystem and help transform it into a true driver of operational efficiency and business growth. This is not a maintenance-only role. We are seeking someone who thinks like a builder and architect—someone who proactively identifies opportunities, designs scalable solutions, and drives impact across the organization. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, You Will Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and integrations with third-party systems. You will architect data models that align with evolving business needs, build complex automation using both declarative and programmatic tools, and own the technical roadmap for the platform. The role includes developing and maintaining REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external lending platforms, loan origination systems, and marketing tools. You will build and maintain analytical dashboards to support data-driven decision-making, implement CI/CD pipelines for metadata deployment, optimize query performance and SOQL/SOSL operations, and document technical architectures and development standards. You will also update document templates using Conga Composer, manage user profiles and permissions to ensure secure system access, clean and manage data using tools such as Excel and SQL, and support system-related projects and initiatives as the organization grows—playing a key role in scaling infrastructure, improving efficiency, and enabling revenue-driving teams to perform at a higher level.
