Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Jungo CRM Specialist to optimize, manage, and scale our CRM platform. Because Jungo is built specifically for the mortgage industry, deep familiarity with both Jungo and mortgage workflows (LOs, processors, co-borrowers, loan pipelines) is an absolute requirement. Most of our leads flow directly from paid traffic channels and partner networks, including Zillow, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, our company website, and Realtor partners. You must thoroughly understand how to integrate these lead sources into Jungo so that data captures cleanly, assigns instantly, and accurately tracks marketing ROI. If you are a standard Salesforce admin without direct, hands-on experience in the Jungo ecosystem, this role will not be a good fit. We need someone who can hit the ground running without a learning curve. Key Responsibilities Lead Integration & Distribution: Configure and maintain lead capture pipelines using Jungo’s native Leads App, Zapier, or Salesforce Web-to-Lead for Zillow, Google/Facebook Lead Forms, and our website.Routing Automation: Set up automated lead distribution rules (round-robin, state licensing rules, or territory) to instantly assign incoming paid leads to active Loan Officers. Speed-to-Lead Workflows: Build and optimize immediate automated "first-touch" text (Jungo SMS) and email drip responses specifically tailored to online shoppers who expect a reply in under 5 minutes.ROI & Campaign Attribution: Build custom tracking fields, campaigns, and dashboards to show exactly which lead sources (e.g., Google Ads vs. Realtor Referrals via Reffinity) are generating the highest closed loan volume and ROI.Jungo Customization: Customize and configure Jungo layouts, fields, views, and mortgage-specific milestone alerts (e.g., "Submitted to Underwriting," "Loan Funded"). Data & Referral Management: Manage and organize contact types cleanly (Borrowers, Co-Borrowers, Realtors, Builders) to ensure automated "thank you" sequences triggers perfectly for our referral partners. Required Qualifications Proven Experience with Jungo CRM: Must be able to demonstrate previous successful projects managing Jungo specifically.Lead Capture & API Integration Expertise: Proven experience connecting CRM systems to real estate platforms (Zillow) and paid ad networks (Google/Facebook).Zapier Proficiency: Deep familiarity with using Zapier to bridge external ad platforms or web forms into Jungo/Salesforce.Mortgage Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle and the daily pain points of Mortgage Loan Officers (LOs).Salesforce Proficiency: Solid understanding of Salesforce Lightning, user permissions, security controls, and process automation.
