Senior SharePoint Developer

We are looking for an experienced developer to build a Knowledge Management System based on our provided functional specifications and feature mapping. The system will include a structured main menu with modules for Programme/Projects, Administration, Communications, Templates & Forms, SOPs, Quick Links, and AI Helpdesk. The platform should allow users to easily access, view, download, and manage documents such as project reports, templates, forms, SOPs, TORs, vendor lists, and other organizational resources. The ideal freelancer should have strong experience in web application development, document management systems, user-friendly navigation, role-based access control, and integration with external links or platforms. We are looking for someone who can review the provided requirements, suggest improvements, and deliver a clean, scalable, and easy-to-maintain solution.
