Senior Shopify Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist About the Role We are looking for a full-time CRO Specialist who lives and breathes conversion optimisation. This is not a design role. It is not a development role. We need someone who understands customer psychology, buying behaviour, data analysis, and testing. Your primary objective will be simple: identify opportunities, run experiments, and increase revenue across our Shopify brands. You will work directly with the founder and play a key role in scaling multiple high-volume eCommerce stores. Salary: $1,000 USD per month Position: Full-Time (Remote) Commitment: Long-Term Key Responsibilities Increase conversion rates across product pages, landing pages, cart flows, and checkout journeys Analyse customer behaviour using heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, and analytics platforms Identify friction points, conversion leaks, and revenue opportunities Develop hypotheses and execute A/B tests and CRO experiments Optimise offers, pricing, bundles, page layouts, messaging, and user flows Improve mobile shopping experiences and overall site usability Collaborate with designers and developers to implement winning tests Monitor key metrics including Conversion Rate, AOV, Revenue Per Visitor, and Customer Journey performance Continuously recommend improvements based on data, not opinions Required Experience Proven experience improving conversion rates for Shopify stores Strong understanding of eCommerce customer psychology and buying behaviour Experience using tools such as Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, GA4, Triple Whale, or similar analytics platforms Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable tests Understanding of high-converting product pages, landing pages, and sales funnels Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer experience optimisation Bonus Skills Experience with Replo, PageFly, GemPages, or similar page builders Experience managing structured A/B testing programs Direct-response marketing knowledge Experience working with 7-figure+ eCommerce brands What We're Looking For Data-driven decision maker Strong problem-solving skills Fast executor with attention to detail Proactive and accountable Customer-first mindset Excellent communication skills Someone who wants to grow with the business long term Application Instructions To confirm you have read this job description, start your application with: CONVERT Applications that do not include this word will not be considered.
