Senior SketchUp Technical Coach (Ongoing | On-Demand) We are a luxury interior design firm creating high-end residential, hospitality, community, and commercial spaces. We're looking for an exceptional SketchUp expert who enjoys helping other designers improve. This is not a teaching course and not a full-time position. Instead, you'll become our team's on-demand technical expert. Whenever one of our designers gets stuck or wants to improve a workflow, we'll schedule a quick Zoom call and you'll work through the project together. Think of yourself as our "SketchUp coach." What You'll Do Meet one-on-one with designers over Zoom Solve real SketchUp challenges on active projects Improve modeling speed and workflow Recommend better techniques and best practices Help build cleaner, more efficient models Occasionally review projects and suggest workflow improvements Most sessions will be between 30 and 90 minutes. Requirements Expert-level SketchUp knowledge Strong experience with Layout Fluent spoken English Excellent communication skills Patient and enjoyable to work with Experience mentoring or coaching others Available during U.S. Eastern business hours Able to respond on relatively short notice Bonus Skills Interior design or architecture background Experience with luxury residential projects Enscape, V-Ray, or other rendering software SketchUp plugins and advanced workflows This is an ongoing relationship. We're not looking for someone to complete projects for us. (actually sometimes we would be happy to utilize your extra set of hands) We're looking for someone our designers can rely on whenever they need expert guidance.
