Senior Social Media Manager — Part-Time 📍Remote We're growing, and we need a senior social media brain to help lead the charge. You'll partner with one of our senior social managers across a mix of accounts, run point on a portfolio of your own, and mentor a teammate who's earlier in their career. You'll also be in the room as we bring on new clients. This role is perfect for you if: -You get LinkedIn — not just posting on it, but building strategy, writing hooks that stop the scroll, and understanding what actually drives engagement in a B2B feed -You've worked agency-side and know what it means to juggle multiple clients, voices, and deadlines without dropping a ball -You're comfortable around tech, SaaS, or B2B brands — translating dense, sometimes dry subject matter into content people actually want to engage with -You're detail-oriented to your core — approvals, calendars, deadlines, brand guidelines — nothing slips through the cracks on your watch -You can write copy that sounds like the brand, not like you — across platforms, tones, and audiences -You're not afraid of eventually jumping on a client call and owning the conversation -You like mentoring — you'll be a go-to resource for a more junior teammate on their accounts What you'll actually be doing: -Writing scroll-stopping copy across LinkedIn -Giving clear, actionable creative direction to designers and video editors -Running content calendars and keeping publishing on schedule -Partnering with account managers to keep content tied to real client goals, not just filling a calendar -Staying plugged into platform trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table before anyone asks -Providing senior support and quality control across a mix of client accounts What we're looking for: -3+ years in social media marketing, with agency experience a must -A genuine strength in LinkedIn strategy and copy -Bonus points for experience with tech or B2B clients -Sharp copywriting instincts and range across brand voices -Someone who's organized enough to run multiple accounts without breaking a sweat -Comfort with (or excitement about) eventually leading client conversations -A collaborative, mentor-minded approach to working with junior team members
