Senior Software Architect / Tech Lead for Swiss Inspection Management Software – Phase 0

We are a Swiss company active in electrical safety inspections and we are planning to build a custom RaSi Management Software. We are looking for a senior software architect / technical lead to help us define the technical foundation before development starts. The system will include: * Web application; * Mobile app for field technicians; * Possible desktop app; * Document management; * Inspection workflows; * Defect reports and deadlines; * Audit logs; * Reporting; * Invoicing preparation; * Future integrations with Banana Accounting, ElektroForm, WhatsApp Business and OpenAI API. Preferred deployment: on-premise server located in Switzerland, with secure remote access, encrypted storage, backups and audit logs. Phase 0 deliverables: * Technical architecture; * Recommended technology stack; * Database model; * User roles and permissions; * Workflow definition; * MVP scope; * API/integration strategy; * Mobile offline synchronization strategy; * On-premise deployment plan; * Security and backup strategy; * Development roadmap; * Cost and timeline estimation for MVP. Required experience: * SaaS or business software architecture; * Workflow/document management systems; * Field-service or inspection software; * Secure role-based systems; * On-premise or private cloud deployments; * API integrations; * Mobile offline sync experience is a plus.
