Senior Software Developer (Embarcadero RAD Studio / C++Builder) with client contact (Remote)

We are a small, well-established software company based in Germany and have been developing professional software for interior fit-outs, furniture manufacturing and CNC production for many years. To further develop our CNC software, we are looking for an experienced software developer who not only enjoys programming but also relishes direct contact with our customers. Your responsibilities Further development of our CNC software using Embarcadero RAD Studio 10.4 (C++Builder) Analysing and rectifying errors Developing new features Providing support to our German-speaking customers via telephone, email and remote support Analysing customer requirements and jointly devising technical solutions Collaborating with our small development team What you should bring to the role Experience with Embarcadero RAD Studio or C++Builder Very good knowledge of C++ Experience in developing Windows desktop applications An independent and structured approach to work Very good command of German (at least C1 level), as you will be in direct contact with our customers Good command of English for technical communication An advantage Experience with CAD, CAM or CNC software Knowledge of geometry, DXF or G-code Experience with Delphi / Object Pascal An interest in furniture making, interior design or woodworking What we offer Long-term collaboration Remote working Flexible working hours Challenging technical tasks Direct influence on the further development of our software A small team with short decision-making processes We are not looking for a developer for a short-term project, but for someone who would like to help shape our software in the long term and is keen to take on responsibility.
