Senior Software Engineer – Backend & Platform

Workload: Fulltime Duration: Longterm 6 months + We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer – Backend & Platform to join an innovative and fast-growing technology company developing cutting-edge AI solutions. Our client is building an advanced AI platform that transforms expert knowledge into intelligent, scalable software powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI workflows. You will join a highly skilled engineering team and play a key role in shaping the core platform and its future. Your Responsibilities Own the development and evolution of the company's backend platform and core infrastructure. Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. Develop production-ready AI features based on LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows. Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to transform ideas into robust technical solutions. Take ownership of architecture decisions and lead technical implementation from concept to deployment. Continuously improve system architecture, engineering practices, and platform reliability. Your Profile 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. Strong backend engineering background with solid infrastructure knowledge. Excellent programming skills in Python or TypeScript. Experience with AWS, Docker, and cloud-native application development. Proven experience building, deploying, and operating production-grade software systems. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or AI agent frameworks is a strong advantage. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
