Job Title: Senior Software Engineer - Power Platform & ERP Integration Level of Experience: Mid-Senior (5-7 years) Requirements 🔘 Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in enterprise or governmental IT environments, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE, F&O, HR). 🔘 Power Platform: Proven expertise in PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven apps), Power Automate (Power Flow), and Dataverse with a minimum of 3 years hands-on development experience. 🔘 Dynamics 365 Ecosystem: Strong knowledge of CRM customization, F&O integration, HR modules, and cross-platform data flows. ERP Integration: Minimum 2 years experience integrating ERP (Dynamics 365 F&O) with internal systems and portals. 🔘 Workflows & Automation: Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimize CRM workflows, Power Automate flows, and approval processes in structured IT environments. 🔘 Customization: Experience in customizing PowerApps applications and Power Pages (portals) to meet departmental and organizational requirements. 🔘 Cloud Expertise: Familiarity with Azure cloud services, including Azure Service Bus, API Management, and Azure Active Directory (AAD) for secure identity and access management. 🔘 APIs & Middleware: Practical knowledge of Node.js / Azure integration tools for connecting Dynamics, ERP, and portals. 🔘 Database: Proficiency in MS SQL and NoSQL (e.g., Cosmos DB, MongoDB), with strong expertise in Dataverse schema design, queries, stored procedures, and reporting to support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform integrations. 🔘 Governance: Solid understanding of data security, compliance frameworks, and audit standards within government IT systems. 🔘 Localization: Experience delivering bilingual (Arabic/English) solutions. 🔘 Strategic Alignment: Ability to align technical implementations with digital transformation programs, compliance requirements, and national smart government strategies.
