Senior Solana Blockchain Engineer (Rust / Anchor) – Long-Term Opportunity

Project Overview We have an existing Solana-based token platform with wallet integration and core token functionality. The next phase focuses on transforming it into a complete Web3 ecosystem with: Staking and reward distribution DAO governance Treasury management Analytics dashboard Security enhancements Performance optimization Advanced Web3 functionality Responsibilities Review the existing Solana architecture and codebase. Design and develop secure Solana programs using Rust and Anchor. Implement staking, rewards, and governance mechanisms. Design treasury management and access control systems. Improve smart contract security, testing, and performance. Collaborate with product and engineering teams on architecture and implementation. Produce technical documentation and deployment guides. Participate in code reviews and establish engineering best practices. Required Skills 4+ years of software engineering experience. 2+ years of professional Solana development. Advanced Rust programming skills. Strong experience with the Anchor Framework. SPL Token Program expertise. Experience building production-grade Web3 applications. Smart contract security and testing. Git and collaborative development workflows. Preferred Skills Staking protocol development. DAO governance systems. Treasury management solutions.
