Senior Solana Rust/Anchor Web3/Solana Lead Architect Fintech

We are launching a luxury fintech and automated entertainment publishing hub built on the Solana blockchain network. We are seeking an elite, expert-level Web3 Core Architect to develop our smart contracts, escrow frameworks, and core backend ledger architecture. You will be responsible for bringing our pre-mapped systems blueprint to life, building the foundational protocols that connect decentralized finance with creator workflows. Technical Stack Requirements: - Solana Protocol: Expert in Rust, Anchor Framework, and Solana Web3.js / Anchor TS. - Token Extensions: Deep knowledge of Solana Token Extensions (Mint Extensions) for programmatic royalty management. - Backend Architecture: Node.js or Go, PostgreSQL, and time-series databases (ScyllaDB / Cassandra) for high-speed transaction logs. - NextJS Integration: Ability to seamlessly link the Solana smart contract ledger to a premium NextJS frontend. Core Deliverables & Milestones: 1. SplitRate Protocol: Build Anchor smart contracts for multi-party, automated escrow payouts and automated royalty splits. 2. VibeCredit Engine: Create secure collateral vaults to temporarily lock asset pNFTs during active creator credit loops, enforcing a 100% incoming revenue sweep. 3. Urban Pay API Connection: Establish secure backend API endpoints to log payment processing data metrics with a flat 1.5% merchant transaction routing mechanism. 4. Security Optimization: Write clean, heavily documented, gas-optimized code prepared for independent third-party audits (OtterSec/Sec3).
