Senior Static Designer - Create a Converting Meta Ads Template System

We're a Lead Gen agency, we run Meta Ads across multiple industries (mostly French market, copy is delivered ready, language skills not required). We're looking for a sick, young, static ad designer to build us a reusable template system in Canva or Figma that we can duplicate across clients and industries. The goal: stop briefing a new designer from scratch every time. We want a clean, flexible template pack we own and reuse. We work with a simple fixed structure: - Callout - Headline - Sub-line - CTA button - Footer (social proof + logo) We don't care about "beautiful" design. We care about conversion, clarity, and scroll-stop power. What we need: - A master template pack in Canva or Figma (editable, organized, documented) - Multiple variations within the same structure (different visual patterns, backgrounds, layouts — all converting) - Versions adapted to feed (1:1, 4:5) and stories/reels (9:16) - Clean typography system, color system, and component library - Full handover with edit rights and a short Loom explaining how to use it Must-have: - Portfolio of Meta ads that actually performed (share real metrics, CTR/CPL/CPA, not just mockups) - Knowledge of Meta ad safe zones and placement guidelines (feed, stories, reels) - Strong typography hierarchy and visual contrast skills - Experience building template systems other people can use, not just one-off creatives Nice-to-have: - Lead gen / Instant Form experience - French market experience (not required) To apply, send: 1. 3–5 examples of Meta static ads you designed that drove real results (with numbers) 2.
