Senior Strategy & Operations Consultant (Big 4 / Top-Tier Consulting Background)

We are a Saudi consulting firm specializing in business services, innovation, and entrepreneurship support. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Strategy & Operations Consultant with a strong background in top-tier consulting firms (Big 4, Big 5, or equivalent).The consultant will work closely with our leadership team to develop and refine high-quality strategic and operational deliverables. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent research skills, structured thinking, and the ability to convert high-level visions into clear, practical, and executable plans. Key Responsibilities: Develop and update corporate strategies, operational plans, and business roadmaps Design and document governance frameworks, policies, and procedures Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational manuals Develop rollout and implementation plans, including marketing and communication strategies Design professional reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPI monitoring models Prepare high-quality final reports, executive summaries, and project closure documents Support sectoral and regional development initiatives Transform conceptual ideas into detailed, realistic, and actionable work plans Requirements: Previous experience in top-tier consulting firms (Big 4, Big 5, or equivalent strategy consulting firms) is highly preferred Strong background in strategy development, operational excellence, and organizational design Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint at the standard of top consulting firms (clean, professional, and executive-level slides) Strong ability to understand a client’s vision and convert it into practical, detailed, and executable plans Solid knowledge of business, technology, and marketing Experience with sectoral or regional development initiatives is a plus Have access to reliable and credible data sources related to the Saudi and global economy High attention to detail, fast delivery, and ability to produce high-quality outputs with minimal supervision Excellent written and verbal Deliverables Expected: Strategy documents and operational plans Governance frameworks and policy documents SOPs and operational manuals KPI frameworks and reporting templates Marketing and rollout plans Final project reports and executive presentations Important Note: All key information, strategic vision, and expectations will be provided in detail through extended working sessions.
