Senior Supplement Formulator / Nutrition Scientist for Formula Review & Product Optimization

We’re seeking an experienced supplement formulator or nutrition scientist to review and strengthen multiple product concepts for a premium evidence-based wellness brand. This role is for someone with real-world formulation experience — ideally with supplements, vitamins, minerals, herbs, and functional wellness products that have successfully reached market. We’re looking for a sharp, critical thinker who can stress-test formulas, identify weaknesses, and recommend scientifically grounded improvements based on efficacy, safety, bioavailability, manufacturability, and market fit. You’ll be working with formulas we’ve already developed and helping us refine them into commercially viable, high-performing products. We value practical expertise, clinical reasoning, and strong communication.
