Senior Supply Chain & Inventory Consultant for Scaling 7-Figure Shopify Brand

We're a 7-figure Shopify brand scaling aggressively and looking for a seasoned supply chain consultant who has hands-on experience managing operations for 8-figure ecommerce brands. This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who has already solved the problems we're heading toward, not someone who will figure it out alongside us. What we need help with: ● Auditing our current supply chain setup and identifying bottlenecks ● Inventory planning and reorder strategy to avoid stockouts and overstock situations ● Supplier coordination and lead time optimization ● 3PL management and inbound shipment workflows ● COGS visibility and landed cost structuring ● Building systems and SOPs our ops team can execute independently Who we're looking for: ● Currently working with or has recently worked with an 8-figure Shopify or DTC brand in a supply chain or operations capacity ● Deep familiarity with multi-SKU inventory management across international suppliers ● Experience with US-based 3PLs (ShipBob, Flexport, or similar) ● Comfortable working async with a lean, remote ops team ● Can deliver structured recommendations, not just advice Engagement: This starts as a focused consultation with clear deliverables.
