Senior Sylius/Symfony Developer for Existing E-commerce Platform Stabilization

I am looking for an experienced Sylius/Symfony developer or small technical team to help take over and stabilize an existing e-commerce project. The project is Electrocruze, an all-in-one gaming & IT commerce platform built on Sylius 2.2.1 / Symfony 7.4. This is not a greenfield project and I do not want a full rebuild unless a technical review proves it is necessary. The platform already has: * VPS Ubuntu 24.04 setup * Docker + Coolify deployment * Bitbucket repository * Sylius admin * Supplier import pipeline * Product catalog * Products, variants, stock, prices, images and attributes * Custom modules started for marketplace/ads and supplier management Current stack: * Sylius 2.2.1 * Symfony 7.4 * PHP 8.3 * MySQL * Docker + Coolify * Twig + SCSS + Stimulus/Webpack * Bitbucket * Ubuntu VPS Current status: * Around 13,000 products imported * Target catalog is around 250,000 products * Supplier integrations exist but need stabilization and correction * Pricing exists but needs audit; some products have price 0 * Frontend exists but needs UI/UX, responsive, PDP/listing/checkout improvements * Technical SEO is not fully implemented/validated * Payments, shipping, taxes/VAT and transactional emails still need configuration * Marketplace/ads module is started but not finished I already have: * Verified full backup, around 11–12 GB * Bitbucket repo with history * Technical audit summary * Access to server, Sylius admin and Coolify What I need first: I want to start with a paid initial validation/stabilization phase, not with a quote for the entire long-term vision. Phase 1 should include: 1. Validate the existing technical audit. 2. Compare live container code vs Bitbucket repository. 3. Identify critical risks before any deployment. 4. Review supplier import pipeline. 5. Review pricing logic and products with price 0. 6. Review frontend, checkout, technical SEO and deployment setup. 7. Propose a realistic MVP stabilization plan with priorities, timeline and cost estimate. After Phase 1, we can continue in controlled sprints for: * supplier import fixes; * pricing and catalog cleanup; * frontend improvements; * technical SEO; * checkout, payments, shipping and taxes; * marketplace/ads module; * later: loyalty/rank system, second-hand, PC Builder, academy, eSports and job board. Important: * Please apply only if you have real Sylius/Symfony e-commerce experience. * Experience with supplier/API catalog imports is very important. * Experience with Sylius Product/Variant/ChannelPricing/Taxon/Attributes is important. * Experience with Docker deployments is important. * Experience with Twig/SCSS/Stimulus is useful because this is not a React frontend. For the first step, I prefer a capped initial validation phase of 10–20 hours before moving into larger development work. Please include in your application: 1. Sylius projects you have worked on. 2.
