Senior AI Systems Architect Needed to Take Over and Complete an Unfinished AI Matching Service Platform Project Project Overview The project already has a completed Project Implementation Plan, Execution Manual, an existing website, a Git code repository, and a FLY.io deployment environment. Since the previous engineer's deliverables did not meet the project requirements, we are looking for an experienced Senior AI Systems Architect to take over the project, perform a comprehensive assessment of the existing system, conduct a code audit, optimize the overall architecture, and complete the remaining development work. This is not a brand-new project, not an MVP, and not a standard website development project. It is an existing AI platform with a complete design specification, existing source code, and an operational deployment environment. Required Qualifications The engineer must be able to demonstrate the following capabilities: 1. Large-Scale AI Platform Architecture Extensive experience in designing large-scale AI platform architectures, restructuring existing systems, conducting code audits, optimizing performance, and taking over existing projects for continued development. 2. AI Module Integration Experience designing, deploying, integrating, coordinating, scheduling, and optimizing 74 AI modules so they operate as one unified system rather than as independent components. 3. 3D Digital Human Integration Strong experience in deploying, integrating, and optimizing 3D Digital Humans (AI Avatars) as part of the overall AI platform. The engineer must also be capable of designing a low-cost or zero additional GPU cost solution (where technically feasible) for operating the 3D Digital Human system, with the objective of minimizing the platform's long-term operating costs. 4. AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems Hands-on experience with: - AI Agents - Multi-Agent collaboration - AI workflow orchestration - Automated task execution - Intelligent decision-making systems 5. Global Multilingual AI Communication Practical experience developing systems that support: - Automatic language detection - Real-time translation - Speech-to-Text (STT) - Text-to-Speech (TTS) - Real-time multilingual communication 6. AI First / Automation First Architecture Strong understanding of AI First and Automation First architectural principles, with the ability to minimize manual intervention and maximize intelligent automated platform operations. 7. Growth System and Automated User Acquisition Experience designing and implementing complete growth systems, including: - Platform cold start strategy - Automated marketing - Matrix marketing - Attribution systems - Automated customer acquisition - Long-term user growth systems The goal is to build a sustainable, automated, and low-cost growth engine rather than relying on manual promotion. 8. Advertising Platform Design The engineer should have experience designing complete advertising systems, including: External Advertising System Using automated promotion, matrix marketing, attribution systems, strategic partnerships, and third-party marketing channels to support: - Platform cold start - Continuous promotion - Long-term user growth Internal Advertising System Building an internal advertising platform that enables customers to: - Publish advertisements - Promote advertisements - Display advertisements while creating stable and recurring advertising revenue to support the platform's commercialization. 9. Complete System Integration The engineer must be capable of integrating: - 74 AI modules - Multi-Agent systems - 3D Digital Humans - Automated marketing systems - Advertising systems - Attribution systems - User growth systems - All business modules into one unified architecture capable of long-term, stable, and coordinated operation. 10. The first phase of the platform will cover 110 countries for the trial operation. The engineer must complete the initial platform content population for all 110 countries. For every third-level service category in each of these countries, the engineer must search, verify, classify, and populate no fewer than 50 qualified service providers or suppliers. This is a mandatory project deliverable to ensure that every third-level category contains sufficient real-world data before the platform is launched. Recruitment Process Step 1 Visit the project website to understand the current status of the platform. Step 2 Read the Project Implementation Plan and Execution Manual to fully understand the overall architecture, business workflows, and design objectives. Step 3 If necessary, review the Git repository and the FLY.io deployment environment to conduct a comprehensive assessment, including: - Current implementation status - Code audit - Technical evaluation Step 4 Provide a detailed assessment clearly identifying: - Which features have already been completed - Which features contain problems - Which features require modification - Which components should be refactored - Which components need to be redeveloped Please explain the reasons behind each conclusion and provide your recommended technical solutions. Step 5 Based on your overall evaluation, clearly state whether you are capable of completing the entire project. If you believe any requirement is technically infeasible, excessively difficult, or should be adjusted, please explain your reasoning honestly and propose a more practical and implementable solution. Important Notice We are looking for a Senior AI Systems Architect capable of taking over and successfully completing a large-scale AI platform project. We are not looking for developers whose experience is limited to ordinary websites, demos, prototypes, or MVP projects.
