Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Manager

We're CompliQuest, a remote-first company in the compliance training / e-learning space, and we're looking for a Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to own our hiring end to end. You'll manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing → screening → interviews → offer) for both commercial and technical roles, including senior sales and senior performance marketing positions. That means you need to understand what these people actually do and which tools they use, so you can tell a candidate who knows the work from one who just lists buzzwords. What you'll do: Run the full recruitment cycle for senior sales and marketing roles Write and post job ads, screen and interview candidates Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions Partner with internal managers to define requirements Support onboarding, contracts, and HR admin Use AI tools (e.g. Claude Code) to streamline reporting and repetitive HR workflows What we're looking for: Proven HR / Talent Acquisition experience, ideally remote-first or SaaS Track record hiring senior sales and marketing roles end to end Enough familiarity with sales tools (Pipedrive, JustCall, Instantly, HeyReach) and marketing/ads tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics) to assess candidates' real experience Comfortable evaluating candidates' experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex); hands-on experience with Claude Code is a strong plus Excellent communication and interviewing skills Self-directed, organized, reliable across time zones Compliance training / e-learning experience is a plus
