Senior Talent Acquisition / RPO Recruiter (Transportation & Logistics | Philippines / Colombia)

We're building a fast-growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that provides high-quality remote talent to transportation and logistics companies across North America. We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model. You'll be responsible for owning the recruitment process from end-to-end, helping us hire exceptional contractors based in the Philippines and Colombia. This is not a sourcing-only role, we're looking for someone who understands how to build a scalable recruiting operation. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer. Source candidates through multiple recruiting channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. Assess communication skills and role fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows. Maintain an organized Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Help build repeatable hiring processes and SOPs. Recruit contractors for transportation and logistics support roles, including: Dispatchers Track & Trace Specialists Carrier Sales Support Customer Service Representatives Freight Coordinators Payroll & Administrative Support Compliance & Safety Coordinators Back Office Operations Requirements 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or RPO experience. Experience hiring remote contractors in the Philippines and/or Colombia. Strong understanding of the BPO outsourcing model. Experience recruiting for transportation, logistics, supply chain, or operations roles is highly preferred. Excellent English communication skills. Experience building scalable recruiting processes.
