Senior HR / Talent Partner — Fintech

Summary

We're a fast-moving fintech building at the intersection of digital assets, digitial money and tokenised markets. Our customers include governments, banks, corporates and financial institutions. Our founding team has 25+ years founding and investing in high-growth fintech, and we're scaling the team across tech, finance, operations, and marketing. We're looking for an experienced HR / Talent partner to own end-to-end recruiting and help us build a high-bar, globally distributed team. You'll work directly with the founders and hiring managers, and you'll be expected to use modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, Upwork, Gem, and AI-assisted sourcing/screening tools) to move quickly without lowering the bar. What you'll do • Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and draft clear, compelling JDs and job posts • Source candidates across LinkedIn, employment marketplaces, crypto/fintech communities, referrals, and AI sourcing tools • Write structured screening questions and run first-round pre-screens online • Coordinate specialist interviews, take-home tasks, and technical assessments • Manage the ATS, keep the pipeline clean, and deliver shortlists with clear recommendations • Own candidate experience, offers, references, and basic onboarding handover • Help us mature our hiring ops: scorecards, calibration, comp benchmarking, and reporting You should have • 5+ years recruiting for tech / fintech / startup roles • A track record hiring engineers, product, and GTM talent in competitive markets • Comfort with remote-first, async work across time zones • Strong written English and a structured, low-ego communication style • Familiarity with modern hiring stack and AI tooling (Gem, Metaview, Ashby/Greenhouse, etc.) Engagement Long-term, ongoing relationship. Start part-time (~20 hrs/week) with a path to full-time as volume grows.
