Senior Tech Lead (Build & Lead Team) – Hebrew End-to-End Platform (Work Management + CRM + Mobile)

Title: Build a CRM platform for Web + Mobile System (Field Operations + Office Management) – Offline, File Sync [Platform Should be in Hebrew RTL] Detailed Platform Requirements will be shared with relevant talent. IMPORTANT- The platform language must be in Hebrew --- Project Overview: We are building a system called SurvFlow – a SaaS platform for managing field teams and office operations in a surveying/engineering environment. The system connects office managers, project managers, and field teams into one synchronized workflow, including task assignment, field data collection, file uploads, reporting, and billing preparation. This is NOT a simple app – it includes web + mobile + cloud + integrations. --- Scope of Work: ### 1. Web Dashboard (Admin / Office) - Customer & project management - Task creation and assignment - Drag & Drop scheduling board (calendar view) - Real-time task status tracking - File management (PDF, DWG, images) - Reporting & analytics dashboard - Timesheets (employees report work hours) --- ### 2. Mobile App (Field Teams) - Daily task list - Navigation integration (Google Maps / Waze) - GPS-based validation (geofencing) - Camera integration (photos from site) - Digital signature (client/contractor on-site) - File upload (including large files / raw data) - Offline mode (store data and sync later) - Task cannot be completed unless all required data is uploaded --- ### 3. Backend & Cloud - REST API / scalable architecture - Database design (customers → projects → tasks) - File storage (large engineering files) - Notifications system - Role-based access (Admin / Manager / Field user) --- ### 4.
