AW - Senior Technical Delivery Lead (AI/Python) – Path to Partner

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead with "Founder DNA." You will act as the CEO of the Project, taking full ownership of the client relationship, the engineering velocity, and the commercial success of the engagement. If you succeed here, this role has a direct path to Profit Sharing and Agency Partnership. The Mandate (Autonomy & Ownership): You are the Shield: You protect our Engineers from scope creep and meetings so they can code. You are the Translator: You translate "Technical Debt" into "Business Risk" for the client. You are the Unblocker: You do not wait for permission. If an engineer is stuck and the Principal Architect is asleep, you find a solution (mock the data, find the docs, adjust the scope) to keep the ball moving. You Protect the Margin: You understand that "just one small change" kills profitability. You negotiate scope rigorously. What You Will Do: Lead the Squad: Manage a high-velocity team (1 Architect + 2 Senior Devs) building complex Agentic AI systems (LangGraph/Python). Own the Roadmap: You don't just follow the plan; you adjust it. If a feature is too complex, you propose a simpler "V1" to the client to save the deadline. Client Intimacy: You build such high trust with the Client stakeholder that they call you when they have a new idea, not the Principal Architect. Financial Alignment: You ensure we hit our Milestones on time so we get paid. (You will be eligible for Performance Bounties for every on-time Milestone delivery). Required DNA: Technical Fluency: You can read a GitHub PR description and know if the engineer actually did the work. You know what an API, a Database Migration, and a WebSocket are. High Agency: You don't make excuses. You make things happen. Commercial Sense: You have managed budgets or run your own freelance business. You understand that Time = Money. Tooling: Expert in Linear, Notion, and Async Communication.
