Senior Technical Recruiter (Software Engineering)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help us identify and hire exceptional senior software engineers for a growing portfolio of client projects. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who understands the software engineering market, communicates professionally, and can consistently deliver high-quality candidates. Our team works with experienced engineers across a variety of modern technology stacks. We value quality over quantity and are looking for someone who can build a reliable hiring pipeline. Responsibilities - Source experienced software engineers using your preferred recruiting channels. - Screen candidates for communication skills, professionalism, and cultural fit. - Conduct recruiter interviews and coordinate the hiring process. - Evaluate technical backgrounds and work history before advancing candidates. - Coordinate technical interviews or assessments with our engineering team. - Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates. Keep accurate recruiting records and provide regular hiring updates. - Build long-term relationships with strong engineering talent. Requirements - Proven experience recruiting senior software engineers. - Excellent spoken and written English. - Strong understanding of modern software development technologies. - Experience hiring for remote engineering teams. - Ability to evaluate candidate quality beyond keyword matching. - Highly organized and responsive. - Comfortable working independently and meeting hiring goals. Success Metrics The ideal recruiter can consistently introduce qualified senior engineers who: - Communicate confidently in English. - Demonstrate strong technical knowledge. - Perform well during interviews and technical evaluations. - Are dependable and professional. - Successfully integrate into client-facing engineering projects.
