Senior Technical SEO Consultant for Large-Scale Image Platform (100K+ Pages)

We are looking for an exceptional Technical SEO specialist to audit, guide, and help architect the SEO foundation of a rapidly growing image platform. This is not a traditional SEO role focused on backlinks, content writing, keyword research, guest posting, or link building. We need someone with deep experience in technical SEO for large-scale websites with tens of thousands to millions of URLs. Our platform is expected to grow to 100,000+ content pages and potentially much larger over time. We are looking for an expert who can help us make the right architectural decisions before we scale. Responsibilities: • Perform a complete technical SEO audit • Review current site architecture • Analyze indexing and crawl efficiency • Review sitemap strategy (including image sitemaps) • Review internal linking structure • Evaluate category and tag architecture • Review canonical implementation • Analyze crawl depth and orphan pages • Review robots.txt directives • Review structured data opportunities • Identify scalability risks before they become problems • Create a clear action plan with priorities and recommendations Ideal Experience: • Managed SEO for websites with 100,000+ pages • Experience with image platforms, marketplaces, e-commerce, travel portals, directories, classifieds, or other large-scale websites • Strong understanding of Google crawling, indexing, and large-site architecture • Experience solving "Crawled, Currently Not Indexed" and large-scale indexation issues • Familiarity with image SEO and Google Images is a major plus • Able to think strategically about growth from 100K pages to millions of pages Not a Fit If You Primarily Focus On: • Link building • Guest posting • Outreach campaigns • Content writing • Basic keyword research • Selling SEO packages When Applying: Please provide: The largest website you have worked on (number of URLs/pages).
