Summary

We are a growing federal and commercial staffing firm seeking an experienced recruiter/sourcer to help fill difficult technical and engineering positions. This is not a high-volume recruiting role. We need someone who can identify, engage, and develop pipelines of highly specialized candidates for hard-to-fill positions. Typical roles may include: * Aerospace Engineers * Systems Engineers * Mechanical Engineers * Electrical Engineers * Facilities and Operations Professionals * Project and Program Managers * Scientists and Researchers * Technical Subject Matter Experts * Government Contractor Personnel * NASA and Aerospace Support Personnel You will be responsible for: * Building targeted candidate lists * Conducting advanced LinkedIn and Boolean searches * Identifying passive candidates * Executing outreach campaigns * Tracking candidate activity * Scheduling qualified candidate conversations * Maintaining candidate pipelines * Providing weekly sourcing reports We will provide: * LinkedIn Recruiter access (if needed) * Job descriptions * Recruiting guidance * Ongoing requisitions * ATS access (if applicable) Required Experience: * Technical recruiting or sourcing * Aerospace recruiting * Engineering recruiting * Government contractor recruiting * LinkedIn Recruiter expertise * Advanced Boolean search skills * Experience sourcing passive candidates Preferred Experience: * NASA-related recruiting * Aerospace and defense recruiting * Federal contractor recruiting * Scientific and research recruiting * Security-cleared recruiting Success Metrics: * Qualified candidates identified * Candidate response rates * Candidate interest levels * Interviews scheduled * Pipeline quality * Positions filled To Apply: Please include: 1.
