Summary

We are looking for an experienced TikTok Ads specialist to help scale our paid acquisition while maintaining profitable ROAS. We operate multiple accommodation properties across Sydney and use TikTok as a key top-of-funnel acquisition channel. We're looking for someone who understands how to build, test, and scale TikTok campaigns using data-driven decision making. About Us We currently advertise across TikTok, Meta, and Google. Our creative production is handled in-house, so your focus will be on campaign strategy, audience structure, optimization, scaling, and attribution. Scope of Work 1. Audit our existing TikTok Ads account 2. Review campaign structure and optimization strategy 3. Improve conversion tracking and attribution 4. Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining ROAS 5. Build and manage a structured creative testing framework 6. Optimize audiences, bidding strategies, and budgets 7. Work alongside our Meta and Google advertising efforts to improve overall customer acquisition Required Experience Please only apply if you have: 1. 5+ years of performance marketing experience 2. Extensive experience managing TikTok Ads 3. Personally managed $20,000+ per month in TikTok ad spend 4. Strong understanding of attribution and conversion tracking 5. Experience scaling campaigns while maintaining profitable ROAS 6. Experience with hospitality, tourism, travel, or e-commerce is highly preferred Nice to Have 1. Experience with TikTok Attribution Analytics 2. Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and server-side tracking 3. Experience coordinating paid media across TikTok, Meta, and Google 4.
