Senior AI Value Stream Engineer (SAFe / MLOps / AI Delivery) We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Value Stream Engineer to lead AI transformation initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of AI/ML solutions from proof-of-concept to production. The ideal candidate will combine strong SAFe Agile expertise with AI/ML project leadership, MLOps understanding, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead AI projects through the full lifecycle, from ideation and PoC to production deployment. Optimize AI value streams by removing bottlenecks in data acquisition, model training, governance, and deployment. Align MLOps and DataOps practices with SAFe Agile delivery frameworks. Manage project planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, governance, and executive communications. Define and track AI KPIs, including model performance, automation ROI, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with security, data science, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure compliant and scalable AI solutions. Evaluate AI vendors, platforms, and open-source models for long-term strategic fit. Drive organizational change management and AI adoption across business units. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 4+ years managing complex IT development projects. 2+ years working in SAFe Agile environments. 2+ years leading AI/ML projects involving NLP, Predictive Analytics, or Generative AI. Experience transitioning AI solutions from PoC to production. Strong understanding of Data-to-Model-to-Application pipelines, MLOps, and cloud-based AI services. Experience managing AI-specific risks such as data drift, model bias, and hallucinations. Proven leadership in stakeholder engagement and organizational change initiatives.
