Senior AI Video Creative Producer for Viral Consumer AI Product

We’re looking for a highly skilled AI Image & Video Creator to produce high-quality short-form creative variations based on reference materials we provide. The work involves both AI image generation and AI video generation. A key part of the role is creating visually distinctive, attention-grabbing characters from a creative brief — not simply generating generic AI characters. You should have a strong eye for character appearance, styling, facial features, hair, clothing, proportions, and other visual details that make a character immediately appealing and interesting. Once the character/look is established, you will use our reference videos to create new variations with different characters and visual treatments while maintaining the quality and core execution of the original reference. We’re specifically looking for someone who: * Is highly skilled with current AI image and video generation tools * Can create distinctive, visually appealing characters rather than generic AI outputs * Has a strong sense of styling, character design and visual taste * Can work from reference images and videos with high accuracy * Can maintain character consistency from image generation through video * Has strong control over motion, composition, realism and visual quality * Can recognize and fix common AI generation artifacts * Can independently iterate until an output reaches a high quality bar This is not a basic video editing or simple prompt-execution role. We are looking for someone with both strong technical AI-generation skills and excellent visual judgment. Please include your strongest examples of both AI-generated images/characters and AI-generated videos. We are primarily interested in the quality and visual taste demonstrated in your actual work. The initial project will be a paid test with a small number of creatives. If the quality meets our expectations, there is potential for ongoing work.
