Senior Video Editor & Editorial Project Manager (Final Cut Pro | Paid Social)

College Walk Media is a fast-growing short-form video brand producing street interview content filmed on college campuses across the US. Our content runs as paid social ads — precision, polish, and consistency are non-negotiable. We're scaling our editorial team and need a senior editor who can lead it. We're looking for a senior-level Final Cut Pro editor who can edit high-performing ad content themselves and manage + train a small team of junior editors to do the same. What you'll own: - Edit street interview footage into short-form paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) - Develop and maintain our editorial style guide — pacing, text overlays, transitions, sound design - Learn and work within our proprietary in-house editing software and workflow tools - QC every piece of content before it goes out — zero tolerance for errors - Onboard and train junior editors to match our standards - Manage the editing pipeline and keep production on schedule - Show up to team meetings and communicate proactively You're a great fit if: - You're a Final Cut Pro power user (non-negotiable) - Your English is flawless — spelling mistakes and grammar errors are not tolerated in our content - You have experience editing short-form paid social ads, not just organic content - You've led or mentored other editors before - You're highly organized, communicate clearly, and can own a process end to end - You're a workaholic at heart — comfortable working weekends, putting in long hours when deadlines demand it, and pushing to get last-minute deliveries across the finish line - You're comfortable and confident on video calls and team meetings - Street interview, campus, or direct response ad experience is a big plus Commitment: Full-time, ongoing — approximately 40 hrs/week Rate: $4,000/month fixed
