Senior Web Designer - UX/UI

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to redesign the complete user experience of an AI-powered CV/resume builder. The product is already functional. We need someone with excellent product thinking and strong visual design skills who can transform the existing application into a polished, modern and highly intuitive B2C SaaS product. The Product: Our platform helps job seekers: Create and edit professional CVs Import existing CVs Tailor a CV to a specific job description using AI Analyse job requirements and missing skills Improve individual sections and experiences Check CV quality, repetition and wording Prepare for interviews Manage different CV versions The product is comparable in category to platforms such as Resume.io, Enhancv, Teal, Kickresume and Rezi, but we want to develop our own visual identity and user experience, not copy an existing competitor. Scope We need the design of both: 1. The Web Application This will include screens and components such as: Dashboard CV editor CV preview CV import flow AI tailoring flow Job description analysis Skills and requirement matching AI recommendations Improvement/checking tools Interview preparation Modals and side panels Navigation Onboarding Subscription/paywall screens Empty/loading/error states Responsive behaviour 2. Landing Page / Marketing Website We also need a high-converting B2C landing page explaining the value of the product. This includes: Hero section Product presentation Feature sections How it works AI features CV templates Social proof / trust elements Pricing presentation CTAs FAQ Responsive mobile version The landing page should feel premium, modern and differentiated.
